Application Process

Here are the Five (5) easy steps:

1.Download the PitaCash app and use your personal phone number to register your account
2.Complete the required Information such as Personal Information, ID Information, Reference Information, Work Information
3.Choose Disbursement Payment Channel
4.Take a Selfie
5.Submit your application and wait for the approval

The eligible client is the following:
✅ Filipinos currently living in Philippines ✅ Has an income ✅ Employed ✅ Business Owner/Self-Employed ✅ 21 years old up to 70 years old

Customer must provide: Personal Information Work Information 1 Government Issued ID Bank Account or Digital Wallet such as Gcash and Paymaya (If applicable)

PitaCash Acceptable ID's are the following:

Passport
Driver's License
UMID ID
SSS ID
Professional Regulation Commission (PRC ID)
PhilSys ID (National ID)

If Business Owner:
Client must get ready the following:
Business Permit/ Barangay Permit/ DTI Permit

If Employed:
If Regular Employee (Company ID)
If probationary Employee (Certificate of Employment)

The ID you’ll use for the PitaCash App must not be expired and shows your correct birth date.

PitaCash will accept loan application 24/7 However, the process of verification is from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM only. And all applications submitted after the said time will process in the following day. For our regular clients the disbursement of loan is 24/7.

Loan Information

Pitacash can provide PHP 1,000 up to a maximum of PHP 25,000 loanable amount.

In able to increase the approval rate of the application, clients need to make sure the following:

1. All required fields are filled up correctly
2. The given contact reference can be called
3. The provided IDs are not expired
4. The submitted information is true and valid

In addition, If the customer became a regular customer, PitaCash will check the credit report in able to determine the increase of the loanable amount.

The client needs to pay their loan on time.This kind of practice will create a good credit report/score that will help to increase the loanable amount. PitaCash also has a loyalty program offered in the application.

Our fees, payment terms, and charges are reflected in Loan Agreement and Loan Disclosure Statement. You may review the said information before proceeding to your loan.

You may check the following important information such as interest rates, loan term, charges and other fees located in Loan Agreement and Disclosure Statement in compliance to the R.A. 3765, Truth in Lending Act. Kindly check and review the said documents before proceeding to your loan.

To extend/prolong the loan term, the client needs to pay an additional Prolongation Fee

Extending the loan will help avoid fines and penalties that may increase the total payment amount

Yes. You may reloan once you settled/closed your current loan. If you build a good credit score in PitaCash there’s a higher possibility of approval rate. You may get your loan easily and securely.

Disbursement Process

After you received the loan approval notification, PitaCash will transfer your loan immediately to your preferred disbursement channel such as: 1. Bank Transfer (Real-time Bank Crediting) 2. GCash 3. PayMaya Note: The disbursement of loan is real time.

In just few minutes- up to 3 hours for your loan approval and a few minutes to receive your cash loan.

Payment Process

Here's the list of payment channels that you can use to repay your loan: Real Time payment channels: • 7/11 • Gcash • Palawan Pawnshop Palawan Express Pera Padala • Robinsons Dept. Store (business center) • Bayad Center • LBC • Cebuana Lhuillier Other payment channels: • The SM Store (done at the end of the day) • Savemore (done at the end of the day) • M Lhuillier (one day after payment) • Payment via Online Banking (Metrobank, Chinabank, Landbank, PNB, UCPB, BDO Online) Note: When making payment, always input Dragonpay as the receiver’s name.

Failure to pay on or before your due date will result in penalties. To avoid this, Client may extend the loan by paying an additional Prolongation Fee. You will find detailed instructions and options for the extension of the loan in our application.

In order to check if your payment is recorded/posted, kindly follow these instructions:
1. Open PitaCash App.
2. Find "Loan History"
3. Choose your recent transaction
4. Click show details

Using these steps, you can see the status of your loan if it is paid or overdue

The transaction fee may vary on the payment channel that you will choose. In PitaCash, there is no transaction fee for payment of your loan and we don't have any hidden charges.

If your loan was rejected/declined, you may re-apply after 31 days.

The following are the consequences of not paying your loan: 1. Your Credit Score will drop Failure to pay your loan will create a negative credit score. And it may get you a lower approval rate if you try to apply for a loan in the future due to bad credit history. PitaCash is submitting entity (SE) of Credit Information Corporation (CIC), therefore all loan information was submitted to them in order to generate credit report for all Financial Institution. 2. Collection Department will demand you for payment Our collection department will call you for repayment of your loan. And they will call your given and allowed reference to reach you in order to make a demand. In this part, our collection department will give an offer or option plan to settle your loan. If there is no settlement happened in this case, your account will forward to another department to take legal action. 3. Legal Action will be taken For the unsettled account, our Small Claim Specialist will take a legal action through demand letter & filing of case against the debtor.

No, you may use your Lifetime ID only through e-wallets and Over The Counter (OTC) payment channels. The Lifetime ID's not applicable via Online Banking payment.

Under Sec. 16 of the Loan Agreement - As a condition of borrowing, the Borrower must provide a Guarantor to assure his/her prompt and faithful performance of all the obligations in his/her loan agreement. Guarantor may be provided before signing the loan agreement or after the execution of the loan agreement but before his/her due date. 

If the Guarantor is provided before signing the loan agreement, and the Lender approves the same, the Lender shall not impose an NPGF on the Borrower. If no Guarantor is provided, the Borrower acknowledges and agrees that the Lender will automatically assess and impose the NPGF in the total amount due.

However, if the Guarantor is provided after the execution of the loan agreement but before his/her loan due date, the NPGF, which was already included in the total amount due, will be recalculated for every number of days that the Borrower failed to provided a Guarantor.

The computation of this condition is reflected before the Borrower confirm the loan agreement.

Please read and check the Loan Agreement, Disclosure Statement and the Guarantors Providing Consent Form which can be found at the last part of the loan agreement for the procedures in providing for a Guarantor.

Pitacoins are rewards that are credited to the customer for various target actions. 1 pitacoin = 1 peso. You can use pitacoins to get discounts on your loan. You can check the maximum discount rate on the active loan screen.

What is a Referral Program?

The Referral Program is your opportunity to invite friends to the PitaCash app and get rewarded for it.

Referrer (the one who invited):  Receives a reward after their referral closes their first loan.

Referral (the one who was invited): Receives a reward immediately upon receiving their first loan and can use it to pay off the loan.

The Referral Program is available to:

- Users who have closed one or more loans.

- Users who have not been overdue on a loan for more than 5 days.
